The backyard and 15x25' covered patio are amazing for relaxing and hanging out during the warmer months. There's a fire pit for cooler nights. Ralston Creek runs along the backyard for peaceful sounds of running water. We have an 8x8' raised bed garden for any housemates who'd like to grow their own herbs and vegetables. The spacious garage allows for extra storage and 1 parking spot (extra fee). 2 driveway parking spots are also available (extra fee), but street parking is always abundant. The location is very convenient for commuting to work and/or grabbing groceries or home supplies.
