Our Vacation rental located in the beautiful Ocean Lakes Campground area is a Stick built home. We recently added a new roof. New sub flooring. New flooring. New paint. New toilets. New oven. And in the last two years a new storage golf cart building. It comes totally turned except for one bedroom. We will consider reasonable offers. If you do not want the furniture we will accept lower offers. It is located on a dead end street. You do not feel you must offer your neighbors a cup of coffee if you are setting on your porch. The neighbors on our street are wonderful.
