If you want to feel like you are on vacation 24/7 then this is the place for you. This house is located in Lago Vista on one of the best streets this town has to offer. Of course the best thing about this home IMO is the 180 degree view of the lake. The superb winter and spring skies shining through your windows is to die for. This house has been completely renovated and as you can see is stunning and stocked with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs, a huge master suite with 4 walk in closets an upstairs loft area we use as an exercise studio. Washer and dryer in Down stairs bath. We are looking for one month rentals at a minimum. Available Jan 1 2023. We do have an Airbnb downstairs with their own entrance and deck. They mostly come on weekends celebrating a special occasion. This will not interfere with your stay at all. We don't mind small dogs, there is pet rent of 35.00 a month. No cats or large dogs please. We will pay all utilities if they are not abused. No smoking!
