The rent is $550 per month and utilities are split between all three of us. We are both work full time, usually from home. We are clean, laid back, and open-minded. The townhouse is furnished but the room is not. We will have one dog and would like someone who loves dogs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any other pets or animals on the property.
