This is a very nice comfortable home, we are having another baby and just need more room now! All pipes have been wrapped every year and the home has been well taken care of. Walls all have new paint, most of the trim inside is new. Comes with a brand new dishwasher, purchased in December, still has warranty for two more years. The fridge and stove are fairly new, as well as the washer and dryer. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of storage space and pantry in laundry room. Entry way and front bathroom have new floors. The roof was shingled two years ago, central air was re-charged last summer. We do not have normal skirting, it is more sturdy tin siding that animals cannot get into like other homes around here. Very nice fenced in yard with large play-set and 2 adult swing. We will also leave behind our 15 foot krystal clear salt water system pool (worth $600). There is not a neighbor on the north side of the home which adds more privacy. Deck is painted and carpeted. 2 car garage and matching shed come with this home as well.
