Pros: All utilities included. All yard maintenance included. Darling apartment/own space. Some storage, not a lot. Gas stove. Waterless hot water tank so we never run out it just takes a bit to warm up. Large bedroom & walk in closet. Lots of natural light and beautiful gardens around. If you love plants, you live on the premises of a nursery & plant shop. Cons: Not quiet & idyllic due to freeway, road, family home that is built in 1928 and doesn't have the best insulation in the world. ( we did add a ton but still isn t quiet) family & dogs next door. Small business on property so a lot of plants, people and some trucks etc. Busy small family coming & going. My detached office is directly across from unit. Please note: No pets please.
