It would be on paper as a "roommate" situation but as soon as you move in within 24 hours I will be taken off the lease and then it will be all yours! It's $975 a month (need to make 3XXX the rent). It's also pet friendly with an additional cost. You need to pay utilities but they are around $100 or less. Water/Electric/Trash $50 and WiFi $55. You get a one stall garage, balcony and laundry is on site. Super nice apartment and ready to move into right away! The balcony is facing the pond and not the parking lot so you get a nice view! The lease is up in August but you can renew it! To move in you would need $400 for the security deposit and then $50 application per person. Move in in January and you can have a few weeks free because I already paid this month! Rent would be due on the 1st. Tenant pays for water, trash and electric which is about $50 a month.
