Hi everyone! I'm looking for 2 new housemates to join my houseshare. About the house: It's a 4 bedroom, I'm looking to rent out 2 of those rooms. The 2 renters will be sharing a bathroom (it has 2 sinks and obviously a shower and toilet), there is also a half bath downstairs. There is a lovely backyard with a pool (not heated). We have a dropdown projector screen and a surround sound system for watching movies and series. Note: this is a shoes off household, we have a helper who cleans the common spaces once a week, but it is on you to keep your room clean and obviously the common spaces after you use them. Rent includes utilities, and laundry, which is onsite. About me: I'm a lawyer, I mostly work from home and I have 2 friendly doggos, Milo (pomeranian) and Koda (cane corso puppy). I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, traveling and drinking tea. About you: Preferably looking for women in their twenties but open to others as well. Non-smoker, clean, kind, likes dogs No smoking is allowed. Parties can be allowed if landlord approves. Cleaning after yourself is mandatory, especially in common spaces. Quiet hours after 10pm, with exceptions possible.

Looking for two students or working professionals, who are not smokers, love dogs, are clean, and take their shoes off when entering the house.
