Then we added on a privacy fence around the entire property to the tune of $17,000 and now we just changed all the windows and doors except the bathroom and the kitchen widows. We left them alone. Brand new windows and back door to the tune of $24,000. And we added a sump pump in the basement and that was $3,000.
