I am trying to get out of my lease since I have gotten a new job. The apartment is nice and the maintenance staff are amazing. The place is walking distance to UNT. It's located near some restaurants and close to I 35 so you don't have to drive through that much traffic on the way there. It's your own place. There's no other roommates to worry about. All bills are included except electricity but my electric bill isn't that much. My last bill came to about 35$. Internet and water are taken care of. There's also already a washer and dryer inside the apartment so you won't have to go to a laundromat. I liked living there but now I need to move out of state. All bills included except electricity. The electric bill isn't much. My average has been about 35-50$ a month. The apartment lasts until July 30th.
