This Condo's location, amenities, and features are comparable with the best of Baldwin Park and the 32789 Zip code of Winter Park. In August of 2018 I advertised on Zillow, the rental of 2411 Gallery View Dr. #101. The second responder was the first to see it -- two days after the posting--and signed a lease at full price. The Gallery at Winter Park is a small and desirous complex of six two story buildings, each with ten, two bedroom units for a total of sixty units. There is a tennis court, a large swimming pool and a clubhouse with a kitchen, fireplace and a nicely appointed meeting area with sofas and chairs. It is across the lake from the Mayflower, next to the one story Crealde art complex. and a the gated rear exit that is next to the Aloma Shopping Center. It has a very high walkability index with many restaurants, banks, and stores on the north side of Aloma Avenue. In 2004 I bought this condo at 601 Gallery Dr #101. Shortly after I bought the condo at 2411 GalleryView Dr. #101 Winter Park, Fl 32792. They have exactly the same floor plan and covered parking. The 2411 condo has lake view and is closer to the rear exit. This 601 has a view of the club house and pool and is near to the front entrance. The Zestimate should be comparable for both sales and rents.
