    Just reduced in price. The condo is a two block walk to the Atlantic Ocean or two blocks to the town of North Myrtle and a perfect view of the pool. Location, location and it has a 3-year-old HVAC., newer flooring as well as 2 outside storage units. As you go through the front door, there are two bedrooms off the hall, one on each side. The bedroom to the right has two twin beds. The king bedroom on the left has a bathroom with a shower. Further down the hallway is a nice size kitchen with quartz counters and an extra-long dining table as well as a brunch bar. Across from the kitchen is a laundry area which includes a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is just off to the right with king size bed and master bath with tub and shower combination plus sliding glass to the balcony and a walk-in closet. The living room has two sofas which are new as one is a sleep sofa, coffee table and turn chairs. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony with a table and chairs for having breakfast, lunch or dinner with a wonderful view of the pool. The HOA also provides several grills near the pool for cooking that chicken or steak. They also have a place to park your golf carts and wash them by the pool. Check out the view of the pool from their condo. Ocean Keyes is a gated community close to the beach and the Main Street in town with shopping, variety of restaurants and all kinds of entertainment as well. Ocean Keyes has six pools with hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness centers and two recreational centers. New hot water heater put in 2021.
