Renovated inside - 2 bedroom 1 bath 1300 sq ft downstairs home. -New flooring, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, trim, door handles, painted walls, bathroom fixtures, tub, and new heating and electrical throughout. Brand new washer and dryer included for use in the rent. The only thing left to do is the yard. Right now it's a snowy yard with just dirt underneath.
