Bedroom and Bathroom include all your linens and towels. The queen size bed is brand new. European style washer/dryer lets you tend your laundry right in the apartment. All your utilities are included, trash removal, heat, electric, water and sewer. The apartment is located in Belgrade MT and is only a 10 or 15 minute drive to Bozeman MT where the Hospital is. Belgrade is less than five minutes from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and two minutes from the freeway access. Belgrade has two large grocery stores and several restaurants, gas stations and many other services, such as health clinics, dentists, auto repair shops, etc. Yellowstone National Park is approximately 80 miles from Belgrade, and Big Sky Ski resort is only 44 miles away and Bridger Bowl Ski Area 24 miles. Nearby Bozeman MT is chock full of restaurants, events, and services too. Montana is gorgeous with stunning views wherever you go! My rental is a very welcoming haven. I am sure you will be happy here. I am renting this unit as a mid-term rental and a 90 day minimum rental is required. This unit is fully furnished and all Utilities are included in monthly rental fee. This includes electric, water, heat, trash removal and high speed internet. This is a fully furnished unit with bed and bath linens and kitchen ware, plates, drinkware & pots and pan. No smoking in the unit. There is a $500 damage/security fee which is refundable if no damage is noted at the end of the lease and you have paid in full your rent. There is a $200 dollar non-refundable cleaning fee if the apartment is left in a reasonably clean condition. Additional funds will be deducted from the $500 damage/security fee if more than normal cleaning is required, at a rate of $50 per hour (after the non-refundable $200 is exhausted). No pets at this time are allowed. Move in expenses will be the damage/security fee, the non-refundable cleaning fee and the first months rent. After that, only the monthly rent will be due for each additional month of occupancy every 30 days from move in date. (example: if you move in on the 15th of the month, your next monthly rent will be the 15th of the next month). Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
