This is an as is house. Won’t be able to sell until beginning/mid august, however I am listing now to see if there is any interest. The house needs work, I’m not going to lie, however it is livable, and is being lived in currently. Heat works, water heater works, no central a/c but one can be put in we just haven’t had the money. Can leave window a/cs in the house, there are three and they do keep the house cool. New gutters a little over a year ago. Kitchen needs new flooring, pretty much the whole upstairs needs new flooring as well. I tore the carpet out because I didn’t like it, and haven’t put new in yet. I just did the flooring in the upstairs bathroom and the dining room and living room. Needs new stair railing. Needs new air intake covers- the ones currently on are self-made of wood from the previous owner and broke. I started re-painting and haven’t had time to finish yet. The downstairs bathroom works, all the water works, but needs new drywall because when we bought the house the water lines had frozen and we had to replace them. The front porch needs new windows, isn’t too expensive just haven’t gotten around to it. The basement is unfinished but can be turned into another bedroom if the work is put in. I will take offers, but I will not take contract for deed.The house was just appraised at $160,000 but I am listing at $150,000. It is on a corner lot very close to the school in Canistota, does not have a garage but plenty of room to add one. Does have a small shed.
