We are located in Historical Automobile Alley. Our vintage building built around 1915 has been converted into wonderful loft spaces. We are a small community (only 19 total units). Our loft apartments have concrete floors which have been painted and sealed, the ceilings are open and exposed, the building is a combination of the original characteristics of the building mixed with newer finished construction. There is a very artistic and industrial feel to our property. Unit 303 is currently open. It has been updated with granite counter tops and new kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
