It's a single wide manufactured home with 3 bedrooms and one bath located in Sherwood Village (~12 minutes from FT Sill). I've done a lot of work to make the place nicer. New carpet/flooring/paint/refrigerator/sink/vanity. Has never had indoor pets/smoking. Had a brand new steel roof put on in the fall of 2016. Comes with washer/dryer, furniture, and appliances. Neighbors on both sides are older and very pleasant to have around. It's been one of the safest/cheapest places to live in Lawton, and is a great fit for someone looking for a place that is ready to go.
