All Utilities will stay in the owner's name and we will charge the tenant a monthly flat fee of $350 to reimburse for all utilities (Electricity, water, garbage and sewer, Internet, and weekly Gardener). No pets. There is parking for two cars in the driveway, but no access to the garage. $300 cleaning fee upon move-out (to be deducted from security deposit)
