There is also shared access to laundry and a small outdoor space off of the rear entrance. Although there is no reserved parking, there is always street parking directly in front of the house and residents have never had an issue with this. The house itself is in a fantastic location and is walking distance to many parks, restaurants, stores, and attractions. To name a few: - Snooze - Trader Joe's - AMC Theater - Denver Zoo - Congress Park - City Park Rent is $1,400 which includes all utilities. Since I would be living in the upper level, I am ideally looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful housemate.
