I'm looking to sublease a beautiful, comfortable one bedroom apartment in a great location. I have lived here for 2years and have had no complaints, I'm moving to Des Moines for work so I will be sad to leave this quality apartment behind! I'M OFFERING A FREE PARKING SPACE IN THE PARKING GARAGE BELOW THE BUILDING THAT I PAID $880 FOR!!It is on the top floor and on the corner of the building so it is always very quiet and sheltered from the noise of neighbors, especially the bedroom because it is sheltered in the center of the living room and kitchen. Noise doesn't carry very much between apartments in this building so you won't have to worry about being loud or about loud neighbors. Another thing I love about this apartment is being on the top floor you won't have to worry about hearing noise from the street. The apartment is a great size for one person or a couple. And I have loved being very close to downtown, but not so close that the surroundings can become annoying. I've never had any issues with neighbors or with my renters. I will add more pictures to include the closets, spacious bedroom, and bathroom soon! Sometimes the pictures I have posted come up fuzzy or weird, which is very annoying because so if you cannot see them I can send you more accurate photos.
