Features & Amenities:* Washer & dryer, fireplace in unit (some furniture pictured throughout unit is optional/for sell)* Gourmet kitchen (includes dishwasher, oven and stove top, refrigerator; am willing to sell some appliances if interested) * Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk-in closet* Controlled access entry* Underground garage parking (can be purchased monthly) or street parking* Fitness center (or if you are a Merritt Club member, there is one conveniently located right behind the building!)* Pool/BBQ area* Friendly and helpful office staff (manage mail, trash butler, coordinate events for residents, etc)My roommate and I hate to leave such a nice apartment complex, but we have both found other living arrangements.
