This house is very spacious and comfortable. My brother and I were the first owners after it was built in 2014. We have taken very good care of the house. We recently installed granite counter-tops in the kitchen and in the upstairs bathrooms. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood; peaceful and a fantastic place to entertain. We are the only house on the side-street which means you can entertain guests without having to worry about parking. There is ample space and trees in the backyard, ideal for summer barbecues. We will offer a 3% commission to the buyer's agent.
