This is a working/middle class neighborhood. While the block that my building is on has fourplexes, the surrounding streets are cute one family homes which makes this a low crime, but affordable place to live for my tenants and me. It can be bought for the owner to live in one unit which pays for the mortgage or for an investment property which generates income. It's relatively worry free as far as getting tenants goes. I haven't had to actually advertise for tenants in years. It seems that when one moves on, they refer another and they have all been reliable in paying their rent on time and no problem as far as noise or any other misbehaviour.
