I'm looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished 1br / 1ba in Uptown Oakland until Dec 31. It has a washer & dryer, is pet friendly, and has 2 parking spaces available for a fee. Rent is $2516 but is negotiable! As far as furniture goes, we can leave everything pictured except the monitors, and we'll clear out the clothes and shoes in the closet as well. Furniture includes a large U-shaped sectional, a 55-inch TV, L-shaped desk, and Queen-sized mattress. The complex is called Uptown Oakland, across the street from Fox Theater, minutes from Downtown Oakland, Chinatown, and Lake Merritt. I am available to show the apartment before 4pm and after 6:30pm Mon-Thurs. 4 month lease from Sep. 1 to Dec. 31, and then month-to-month thereafter. $500 security deposit. Renter pays water & sewer, I will pay electric. The leasing company requires a rental application with background check, and then an additional subleasing agreement.
