We prefer someone with dogs, the BIGGER the better. This is a small, well-worn cabin in the woods on a forested acre providing decent privacy. The pictures are from 10 years ago right before the current tenant moved in, so keep that in mind. The circular driveways provides lots of parking. There are a couple of outbuildings for storage, but they are NOT guaranteed to be 'dry'. No onsite laundry. The bedroom is really an alcove, so there is NO door to the bedroom. There are a couple cadet heaters, but the woodstove will allow you to heat very economically. There are bucked/cut rounds from a tree cut last year which you would need to split and which may get you thru the first winter for free. This has been a rental since the 90's. Rent is month to month. The lady leaving was there like 10 years. No smoking in the house; especially weed!
