This is a Mediterranean style home that cost much more than Zillow has down for sale price. Yes, contractor agreement was for 522K, but we added 100K of our own money in upgrades and extras. Therefore, 622K for house not counting the price of the lot. Don't have a clue where Zillow comes up with their valuation??? Current bank appraisal for insurance purposes came in at $624, 665 excluding the lot...just the home by itself.
