I have a room available for rent in my townhouse. This townhouse is located off Glenwood Ave, near House of Hops. The community has a large pool within easy walking distance. I am hoping to rent the room out to another young professional somewhere in the mid 20s-30s age range. I work from home full time. My office is located in my bedroom. I don't often use the kitchen or living room, so you would largely have it to yourself. Looking for room mate preferably around my age (mid/late 20s or 30s). No couples or children, sorry! The place is too small for more than 2 people. I currently have no pets, but am open to some one who has pets (breeds must fall within HOA rules) The available room has a bed but no other furnishings really, and the rest of the house is furnished. The rent includes Google Fiber internet, but utilities such as gas, water, and electric would likely be additional. A little about me: Professional working in IT. Have lived in Raleigh for almost 3 years. I often play board games, card games, and trivia with my friends in the area. I don't generally have people over very often. I'm pretty relaxed, care free, and respectful. Google Fiber internet included in rent Gas, electric, water are separate. Community is nice and has a very large pool available for use. There is also a gym.
