Basically like a private apartment. You also have access to the kitchen on the main level, living areas, and laundry facilities. It has a couch, dressers, closet, and plenty of storage and shelves. Just renting out the garden level. No smoking inside, no drugs, and no parties. Month to month lease term and two weeks notice if it doesn't work out for whatever reason. Prefer no other pets but will be willing to negotiate. I do prefer a female roommate. Must have stable income and vehicle. You would be living with me, my three kids, and my pets. Also prefer a Christian roommate.
