Lovely neighborhood. The best neighbors live next door. The back yard is a view of the community park. HOA enforced community. You can walk to the shopping center which includes:gas station doughnut shop nail salon and hair cuts. Dollar General is less than 5 min away. Those are the pluses. The only downside is traffic. That all depends on the time of day you get up. There are 3 schools on my street so if you leave at 7 expect traffic. I leave at 8 and work by South Congress and it takes me 18 minutes.
