Old Hoyle family home has sat empty for many years after they past away. The owner is their grandson, the only blood relative who is military and has been deployed or stationed consistantly overseas. He has not been able to maintain or keep it up. So the home is being sold as is for the new owners to take this wonderful family home and make it theirs. This home is in need of a makeover both inside and out. The well pump will possibly need to be replaced. Home includes a wash house, sewing room or workshop, tool storage shed and a pump house.
