there is also a 500 sq ft sun room. your information is incorrect concerning last sale date and amount. I inherited this house in approximately 1990. In 2010 I borrowed approximately 50k to pay some things off and do some work to the house, using the house for collateral. at that time I was required to get an appraisal on the house, also at that time the roof was over 20 years old and not in very good condition. And it still appraised for 72k. Also, not included in the appraisal is a 36x80 building out back with a store front. and a car shop behind that. in 2016 I stripped, redecked and shingled the whole house with 50 yr shingles at a cost of over 14k. also repainted inside and out. I am also including an adjoining 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath rent house on a quarter block. I am trying to sell this house, and my asking price is 80k. the Zillow estimate of 55k looks bad to my potential buyers, please re assess this estimate to reflect closer to the true value of the home.
