This listing is for the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit is used solely as my second home and vacation residence, so it is mostly vacant. This unit has its own private entrance and parking. There are only 4 small steps to enter the home. The home is completely renovated, and also offers a set of the art $5000 whole house water filtration system. There is a stackable washer and dryer unit in the home, as well as a drinking water dispenser if you choose to buy drinking water. Tenant pays water, electric and gas approx $300-400 /month.
