It is on a friendly street in easy walking distance to restaurants, public school, downtown, and green spaces. The basement in particular was a favorite hangout spot for our children and their friends throughout middle school and high school. Paint and flooring have been updated. The home has been well maintained. There is a bathroom on every floor and extensive closet space.
