The beds have linens and mattress kitchen has all you need to cook, tv in sitting room There is a small fenced area at the back that is about 6ft long by 6ft wide and 12 feet tall. Minimum stay is 3 months but will consider less. You can stay longer than 3 months. The space: There is a living room with a nice comfortable sofa and a pull out full sleeper sofa in the sitting room and a Roku TV and Wi-Fi internet is provided. Space: Bedrooms, Bathroom and Kitchen There are 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed, television, a dresser, a work station, a small walk- in closet. The second queen bed is towards the back in an area that has a washer/dryer but there is a curtain that provides privacy. The third queen bed is in the studio type layout it has one side that is open to the kitchen. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a bathtub that has a shower, towels, soap too. We provide towels and soap on move in only. The kitchen has all utensils you need to cook such as pots, pans, plates, utensils, a fridge, stove, keurig, coffee maker. The front of the house has a front porch and the back has a patio with furniture. Guests have access to the entire house. There is off street free parking at the back of the house that can accommodate 3 or 4 cars. The driveway to the back is shared with the house next door. There is also street parking at the front of the house. Its a nice neighborhood 2 miles to Downtown Durham, 4 miles to Duke Hospital, 12 miles to RDU Airport, 1.5 miles to DPAC Durham Performing arts, 1 mile to the new big main downtown library. The rent includes water, electricity and cable/wifi. Minimum stay is 1 month and we require a 1 month notice before moving out. The tenant will sign a lease and no smoking inside the house. Last month rent and deposit is due upon signing the lease. Small pets up to 20 pounds are permitted and a max of 3 pets. If you have pets fee is $25 per pet per month.
