It's very conveniently located CB in the middle of the DFW Metro so, it's good for may occasions. The house is newly renovated with a custom patio, 2 very comfortable queen beds, you'll find most amenities furnished to make you feel at home and is surrounded by an 8 ft privacy fence, lots of parking. Please, don't park on the road or you will likely be towed. It's a hidden gem in a nice quiet neighborhood yet, conveniently located to just about anything you can imagine. We welcome you to our home as an avid traveler myself. This is the kind of place I prefer to stay in. Willing to negotiate based on availability and schedule. Cleaning fee is the $95 fee and the City charges 14% for vacation homes, holding us to hotel standards. But you have the privacy of your own home and we truly hope to make you feel at home/ comfortable; most furnishing are higher end furniture making for a comfortable stay. It's set up more for short term rentals but longer stays are welcome and discounts offered for longer stays. Max of 4 tenants. Plenty of parking available. Please, do not park on the road. The instructions to enter the home will be given the morning of your check-in. Check in is after 3pm and checkout is before 11am on your departure date. Please, lock the back door and turn the A/C or heater up or down to conserve energy. When exiting the home, you'll just push the lock button on the keyless entry. Please, do not lock the door handle. And, shut the gate behind you. Have a safe journey to your next destination. Payments will be secured as soon as you decide to stay. They can be made through Zelle or PayPal and the needed information will be given. Stays are strictly upon availability and payments are non refundable if less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
