Ochoa Court Condominiums is an 1880''s adobe courtyard compound of 9 condos. Walls are up to 22'' thick and with nearly 12' ceiling heights made of hand hewn beams and victorian packing crates. Floors are brick and scored concrete. There are walls to the past of multiple layered plaster. This has a beautiful skylight. The shaded inner courtyard is a private oasis with grand mesquite trees. This could possibly be built before 1888 based on nails in front 2 rooms but the packing crates suggest pre March 1880 and the arrival of Southern Pacific. This is a Tucson landmark rich with history. There is off street parking. It is walking distance to neighborhood cafes and the Downtown.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
