Your own bungalow. off VENICE Blvd and world famous Abbot Kinney Blvd. 5 to 10 min walk to the Beach depending on fit level . All the attractions, muscle beach, flea market, great shops, food, famous skate park. newly construction :-) Basically 3 min to 5 min walk to Erewhon fresh food market & Alfred coffee which is what I did every morning. Can not beat the Westside as being the best spot for living in LA. and bars, very central and safe. 2 people max, all yours. nothing shared fully furnished. no need to pay for water, gas nor wifi. its ready to go. open for offers of all kinds
