This adorable cabin is located on Messick lake on the Indian cabin of 5 lakes in Wolcottville just 20 minutes from Shipshewana. This cabin has a level back yard with a Sandy beachfront facing nightly sunsets: there is water and electricity from the cabin to the lake and a 45 foot Hewitt roll a dock. The cabin has new Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout, a Mitsubishi heating/AC unit as well as a floor AC unit for extra hot days, and back up electric baseboard heating in every room. There are 2 ceiling fans, a refrigerator, microwave, and stove top/oven. A new 2” well has recently been installed and the cabin has great water pressure! This cabin is turn key and fully furnished with exception of outdoor deck furniture). Currently this cabin is being used as a VRBO/Air BNB and stays booked throughout the season generating approximately 40k seasonally (we close it up in the winter. There is no washer/dryer hookups- but the standard size water heater in the bathroom can be replaced with a smaller instant on water heater and a compact washer/dryer could be installed. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with closets and skylights, a living room with 2 futons and recliner, reclining with a bar counter and barstools, a sunroom with a futon and 2 chairs.
