One bedroom features carpet flooring and the second bedroom has vinyl flooring. Both bedroom floors redone in June 2025, as are the shades and ceiling fans. Living room features a fireplace and a brand new raw edge wood bar. Washer hook up in kitchen and dryer hook up is located in storage shed behind the house. All new ceiling fans June 2025. Front of house has a screened in porch and the back of house has a patio. Shed has great space for storage and workshop. Parking space for 2 cars and other parking areas for visiting friends or family. Perfect for a wildlife lover, gardener, or anyone who doesn't want to be 20 feet from the next house. Renters insurance REQUIRED $2,100 SECURITY DEPOSIT Two tenants allowed No smoking. 2 dogs MAX, no dog over 60lbs. and total weight of two dogs 80 lbs. No aggressive dogs of any type. $250 one time fee for one dog or $25 for 12 months. If there are two dogs $300 one time fee or $30 for 12 months. For details regarding type of dog breed due to Insurance company will not insure with specific breeds. Ask owners for list. Unfortunately no cats, in the past cat urine has ruined carpets, baseboards and some flooring. 12 month lease, 1 month advance notice required if you don't or due intend to renew. Rent is due on first of every month or day you move in. Tenants agreed to keep the premises, including fixtures, appliances, and grounds and clean and sanitary condition. Tenants may not destroy, deface, damage or remove any part of the premises nor prevent any of their guest or visitors to do so. The tenant acknowledges receipt of the properties in good repair and agrees to return the premises in the same condition with ordinary wear and tear accepted. Tenants must immediately notify the landlord for any defects damages or necessary repairs. Tenant shall be financially responsible for any damages to the property caused by misuse negligence or improper operation by the tenant, their family or their guest. You cannot walk in the surrounding woods outside the fenced in yard due to conservation area. ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING OR KILLING OF AN ANIMAL EVEN IF IT COMES INTO THE FENCED YARD. One exception is a coyote that comes into the yard. It is rare for them to be in the fenced area. Deer can jump the fence occasionally.
