Our house has beautiful morning light and good energy, high ceilings (almost 10' on main floor), and great walking access to Green Lake, Tangletown, Ravenna Park, the UW, the Roosevelt light-rail station and Metro bus. It is a lovingly restored 1910 farmhouse with newer heating, plumbing, and electrical, and remodeled bathrooms. Entire interior of house freshly painted (except basement). In an ideal Seattle neighborhood: four blocks from the lake, a short walk to good restaurants, PCC Community Market, and Whole Foods. 4th Ave NE also offers a great neighborhood; many long-term residents and cohesiveness from no cross-street interruptions for 3 blocks. Past tenants have loved this old house and the neighborhood around it. (Most stay multiple years!) Detached, dry garage is included. (Good as a get-away, a project space, or for storage, including a car.) Monthly rent is $4000, with yard and lawn care included (paid by owner). Tenants pay utilities. Lease term can be flexible: 3-12 months, based on pre-lease agreement. We prioritize the longer lease, but are willing to offer short ones. House available November 25th, with some flexibility for move-in date. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping house. Pets with approval and additional deposit. (We love dogs, and even our favorite pets have caused floors-and-doors damage from claws. Happy to discuss during your house visit.) Garage--included with lease--and backyard parking ok.
