We are located only 7 miles from the medical center and near Highway 90 in the popular Westbury Neighborhood. We are seeking a female to rent one room in our home. I am a female professional in integrated wellness with an 8 year old son. Seeking a renter that is a like minded professional who is spiritual and has similar interests in being healthy, into yoga, meditation and more. No smoking or drugs. The room may be furnished or unfurnished. I have full furnishings, however the renter is welcome to bring their own furniture for the room. There is an attached walk-in closet. Furnishings include a desk, a dresser, a bed and a side table. I have two cats, so with caution would allow another. Caged pets are welcome so long as they are not noisy. We have a busy life so the renter would not see us much. The shared spaces include living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There is a parking space on the driveway. I have a therapy room which can be used for massage, yoga, acupuncture, physical therapy which I could also rent out for an additional $200 per month. I use it sparingly so we could coordinate our schedules.
