pier & boat dock, there is a deck above the boat dock. This home is on the Coosa river channel side of the lake. December thru February the water is controlled for flooding. The water from the river channel starts about 3 feet away from dock during these months. There are talks in the works that in 2007 they are not going to let the lake down as much and that will put water back under the dock. Anyone who wants to update the home, contractor will do at cost.
