Home has hidden mold issues previous tenets did major damages then did crapy repairs to put a cover up on the damage. Electric and most all plumbing needs to be corrected. 2nd floor plumbing all needs to be fixed in the walls and drywall should be replaced. Fireplace was used as grill by greeks that rented and they drilled holes through the brick damaging the whole fireplace. Basement has flooded and beautiful mural was filled with holes from the greeks as well they put a shelving unit screwing it to the mural. Be careful and get a good contractor as all work done was done for looks not correctly. Backsplash will fall easily as well.
