The Marin Headlands have stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. As you know, Marin County was the birthplace of mountain biking. Invite your friends over to watch the Sausalito and San Francisco July 4th fireworks displays from Bridgeway, and the Blue Angels jets flying during the annual Fleet Week performing their acrobatics over the bay between San Francisco and Sausalito. The Pink House is only 20 minutes from the Financial District in San Francisco. Sausalito is the first town north of San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge. The Pink House is only 7 minutes drive to San Francisco. So imagine quickly hopping over the Golden Gate Bridge to return to your bay view dream home just minutes from the bridge, in a town that people come to visit from all over the world which is often compared to Portofino, Italy. It's just 3 blocks to the Golden Gate Transit bus stop, which regularly travels to/from downtown San Francisco with free Wi-fi Internet aboard all buses. Income Requirement: The total verifiable gross monthly income of the occupants together must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This means you must have verifiable monthly income of at least $13,800/month before taxes. We are looking for long-term tenants. The lease is for 12 months. We hope you will fall in love with the house and stay for many years. The security deposit is $4,600, which is equal to one month of rent. Indoor cats and small dog breeds (lap dogs only, to prevent damage to the hardwood floors) under 20 lbs (9 kg) and under 16" (40 cm) tall are ok. Subject to approval after meeting the pet. There is an additional monthly pet rent, and an additional refundable pet deposit. There is a Washer and Dryer inside. Parking is on-street permit parking only, which frees up parking for residents. "Area H" parking permits for residents and guests are available from the City of Sausalito for $50/year. Subletting and AirBnB/short-term rentals are strictly prohibited. Water and trash are paid by the owner. Electric, gas, and Internet are paid by the tenant.
