Welcome to your home in East Ventura! Neighborhood is safe and in a family friendly area. Our house comfortably fits a family of five, or two couples. We have two master suites on each wing of the house. Big fenced backyard, perfect for your pet and security! This home is fully furnished. We've outfitted the home with a smart TV, fully stocked kitchen including coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and blender, top of the line beds & bedding, ceiling fans and more. The outdoor space/yard has the hum of the highway, but you cannot hear it inside the house. We (love) and allow pets, but they must be approved beforehand. Minimum of 30 days lease. No smoking is allowed allowed. We love pets and will consider pets on a tenant by tenant basis. Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the home in nice condition and yard work. All other information will be outlined in the official lease agreement.
