I'm currently looking to sublease a room in a two bedroom apartment in University village. Rent is 464 a month plus utililities (usually around 50 after being divided with my roommate). My roommate is a nice third year female student at OSU. She wants another female roomie to take my place. Sorry guys! The facilities at University Village include a pool, a shuttle bus to campus every 20 minutes and plenty of off campus parking! It's right next to Kroger, Subway, McDonalds, Applebee's, and Raising Caines. I will let my security deposit stays with whoever take over the lease. I will also sweeten the deal with a giftcard of your choice for $50. Also basically the apartement comes with my furniture (however, if you want to bring your own furniture, I can get rid of it!). Move in date: as soon as you can. I basically live with my boyfriend now, so my room is vacant for the next couple of months.
