Home is in major disrepair. Multiple things wrong with home. Attached garage is not usable as it leaks and does not fit a vehicle of any size. Roof is rotted through on the entire garage which has caused the water to leak into the section attached to the home. The living room closet and wall is molded and needs to be repaired. Entire main section of the home has been flooded twice since 2008 due to extensive rain which causes the water to sit around the outside of the home which then leaks through the walls and floods the home. Home needs extensive wiring done to update it to code. Bathroom needs major repair. Tub encloser is molded and has been for many years, sink does not drain has not in years as well as a section between the tub and wall that is open leading to the ground under the home. None of the bedrooms have lights, two of the three are 9x9. The master bedroom is 10x11. Kitchen is 6x7 with built in refrigerator spot but its only big enough for something that is less than 28" x 24" x 23" deep.
