The house is 855 square feet with one bedroom and no door on the bedroom so it's best suited for singles or couples. Just a long block from the Thunderbird Hotel and Capri and an easy walk or bike ride to everything in Marfa. 6 month minimum lease, open to longer term. No more than two residents allowed. Up to 2 pets allowed with approval. Owner pays for trash. Renter pays for water & gas, electric, internet. No smoking.
