This is the Dream Home I've always wanted to build and I did. Being in the Building Industry, I've put all the best ideas I've had and seen into this house. The 500 sq ft. of Engineered stone on the front of the house in unlike no other in this area. I actually had a crew from Orlando come down and install it in one day. The insulation behind the walls is 3/4" rigid foam board, the attic is blown with white angel hair insulation at R-30 in addition to the thermo foil I installed on the back side of the roof sheathing. This keeps the attic space from getting excruciatingly hot and helps the HVAC system keep the house cool with ease. I've designed the HVAC system so that only one of the two systems is used to keep you comfortable. That means that you use only one 2 1/2 ton system to keep cool. This along with the added insulation and thermo-barrier keeps my electric bill down. The in wall pest control system is Great!! No appointments are needed for treatment and no chemicals are sprayed on my baseboards, tile or carpets. The base, door trim and crown molding accents the interior to the hilt. No cheap miniscule trim here. All interior doors are 8 foot, two panel solid core doors with brushed nickel handle sets and hinges. The tile is saturnia like porcelain tile and looks like a marble floor. The foyer and kitchen floors have marble inserts and the dining room floor has a marble border. Low voltage lighting was used in both ceiling trays in the dining room and master bedroom along with over the guest bedroom closets and under the bathroom cabinets. Numerous hi-hats throughout the living area including the master bedroom and bath. Speaking of baths, the master bath will take your breath away with the oversized walking area, centrally located tub with an added hand held sprayer, walk in shower with multi functional shower head and four body sprays, gentleman height double vanities with full mirrors on three walls and two storage closets. This home is one of five on the street and is very private and quiet. Just drive 4/10th of a mile to Summit Blvd and conveinience is just a few miles away including the Florida Turnpike. Anyone that comes to our house says the same thing. "I didn't this was back here!! You have a piece of paradise!!"
