OH MY!!! This does not come up in Pace very often. We are looking at almost 4,000 square foot 4 Bedroom 3.5 baths in the main house. An oversized pool with a huge deck, and did you see the rest of the landscape with mature trees(with a swing) BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE ( I know a little cheesy but look at this thing) we have an over 2,600 sq foot 2 story detached garage with 2 oversized rollup doors and second story all storage. Did I mention that (man cave........yes that what I am calling it now) also has a full kitchen and full bath. Many of our local KREWE's have used it as a gathering place. Wait lets go back inside. Did you see that kitchen? Oh and the double sided fireplace before you walk out onto the pool. The master has the entrance to the patio as well as a bathroom built for king and queen. Listen I could go on and on forever about this place, but seriously look at the photos and schedule showing today. This just is not available in Pace anywhere.
